Stanley Instrumentation and Electrical (SIE) is a leading provider of industrial electrical and instrumentation services, committed to delivering exceptional service and expertise.
Founded by Managing Director Rob Stanley, the company has rapidly evolved since its inception on January 1st, 2022. With a desire to tackle new challenges and make a tangible impact, Rob started SIE after years of experience with Contact Energy.

What began in a leaky garage quickly expanded as SIE attracted new clients and took on more projects. Within 1.5 years, the team outgrew its initial workshop and moved to a larger facility. In January 2025, SIE relocated to its current premises, a bigger office and a four-bay workshop to accommodate a growing team and increasing demand.
Today, SIE is powered by a team of 18 dedicated employees and a network of trusted subcontractors. We take pride in our strong company culture, where employees not only excel in their careers but also genuinely enjoy their work. Our team is more than just a workforce — they are the backbone of our success, each playing a critical role in delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.
